Angelic Flight - Angels can fly - appearing in the blink of an eye, often with a sound of wings and occasionally electrical surges. They are also able to transport others with them. While lesser angels need to touch, the archangels do not. Most humans seem to find this uncomfortable or disconcerting at first. If needed, may Raphael fly your character somewhere?

Telepathy - Angels are able to read a person's mind/past by looking into their eyes. What may Raphael know (if anything) about your character?

Invisibility/intangibility - If needed, may he spy on your character? Note: I will always clear each time I do this, even if I have a blanket 'yes'.

Body manipulation - Angels can heal, not only their Vessels, but others of any injury, even death. Conversely, they are able to cause harm as well. Raphael, due to being the Archangel of Healing is better at healing - and causing harm - than his brothers, and he states he is creative about it. May Raphael heal or harm your character?

Supernatural Perception - Angels are able to sense supernatural things, of all sorts, including things which are invisible. Eve and God are able to conceal their presence from him, it is likely Death can as well. Michael and Lucifer can also conceal their presence from those younger than them. If you character is something supernatural, may Raphael sense it?

Dream Walking - Angels can visit people via dream and guide their dreams as a way of communicating. If needed, may Raphael enter your character's dreams?

Memory Manipulation - Angels are able to alter, ease, or plant memories. Again, may Raphael do this?

As for Donna - currently she has no idea it's there. She has no recollection of her time travelling with the Doctor or of any of the things that happened. The Doctor wiped her memory to stop her dying because a human mind isn't capable of processing the information a Time Lord consciousness holds and it was killing her.

Canonly angels are shown as being able to read a person's past by simply looking at them. It's telepathy (and archangels are neigh omnipotent) but it's very powerful - Raphael wouldn't tell Erik he was reading his mind so much as "I'm Raphael." and leave him to deal with it. (He's such a jackass at times...)

I'll always ask first, I tend to use perms replies as knowing who is open to what kind of plotting and who wants to avoid certain kinds, if that makes sense?

Yyyy, I understand that; let me clarify that if Raphael uses any of the information he gets from Erik in such a way that Erik understands it was gathered by telepathy, he's going to make line-faces. Which is MEANINGLESS, but now you are informed, at least?

Angelic Flight: He's going to be pretty grumpy if somebody starts flying him around without his permission but he'll go with it if necessary.
Telepathy: Oliver's had three gods inside of him at once, so he'll be able to tell if someone is intentionally digging around in his mind. He won't be able to identify who it is and he doesn't particularly care to hide anything from anyone but just know that actually rifling for information is going to get you caught.
Invisibility/intangibility: Yeah sure.
Body manipulation: Don't heal him without permission unless he's non-responsive. Oliver is really weird about people messing with his body and mind.
Supernatural Perception: As mentioned, Oliver's been possessed by three gods at once. He himself is human but he's still got all sorts of residual supernaturalness going on inside.
Dream Walking: He'll be weird about it but sure. If you want in on what will often be nightmares, go for it.
Memory Manipulation: It would be vastly preferred that no one touch his memories, plzkthnx.

Raphael will use it - he's an archangel, Erik isn't, he's better than Erik, etc - but mostly just vocalize it as knowing his name upon meeting him. Although the linefaces will amuse him.

Telepathy: Mina's mind is a fairly tangled mess at this point. She has incredible mental discipline and a Fae infection clouding up her thoughts, so the most Raph will ever get from her will probably be flashes of image without context. I'd say, just contact me by PM or plurk on a case by case basis and I'll give you images, if you want them.
Invisibility/intangibility: Yes.
Body manipulation: I'll say yes, but it would probably only be half as effective on Mina. She has supernatural resilience and it is exceedingly strong, by vampire standards.
Supernatural Perception: Hell yes. She's a vampire and she's infected by a Fae.
Dream Walking: Absolutely.
Memory Manipulation: Nope. Mina's got powerful Dominate.

No problem! Raphael doesn't really give others privacy in the 'stay out of their heads' sense but I'm fine with him getting caught and others not being happy about it.

I'll keep all of it in mind! Mostly I use perms posts to know who might want to play out some stuff, and who doesn't want to play out others - I always ask first, even with a filled out reply. :)

Telepathy: Yes but River's mind is anything but organized, even in a loose sense. It's all sharp edges and thorns and trap doors around these parts.

Also River would be able to TELL and would probably cover her eyes very quickly as I can't imagine Raphael wouldn't terrify her immediately.
Invisibility/intangibility: River is a ceiling-cat stalker so yes, but she would know she's being watched and would try to talk to him directly/indirectly
Body manipulation: He may do both with the caveat that being hurt/tortured is not terribly likely to break River. She's used to it.
Supernatural Perception: My character is human just a broken one.
Dream Walking: Sure! At any given time, however, River might not be having her own dreams but parts of the dreams of others.
Memory Manipulation: Raphael is more than able to TRY but since River's brain sort of breaks and fixes itself in it's own patterns she is likely to notice (even if she can't sort out who did it) and start shrieking about it.

River also has a permissions post here. Her form of telepathy is latent and not under her control most of the time so feel free to have her just get the noise (or lack thereof) of your choice if she's around Raphael.

Invisibility/intangibility: this could be very interesting, since Logan could possibly still be able to smell/sense him.
Body manipulation: harm away, but Logan can heal too >:)
Supernatural Perception: not exactly a supernatural, but he might be able to sense that Logan isn't human.

I've said it to a couple others - he's The Healer. Personally I think he gets a little cranky whe humans abuse his field. Not generally enough to directly intervene but enough that he's irked when he sees it. (Similarly, Logan has a habit of taking care of children, who at least in theory are Raphael's to protect.)

I think Logan would be able to sense his when he's being hidden, just a faint scent of "other". Animals can sense thwn but we do't know how.

And mutants wouldn't be the first offshoot of humans he's seen (there have been a few others found in the fossil record).

Telepathy: The Hulk is resistant to mind control, and if anyone succeeds at it, he can manage to fight them off fairly quickly. The reason for this is the multiplicity of minds going on and like gamma idk science. For this reason, I usually say Bruce is harder to read than most humans; there's more background noise and his mind's more like a thick, pea-soup fog than a clear read like Dean would be. It wouldn't be impossible, but it would take more concentration and digging.
Invisibility/intangibility: Sure!
Body manipulation: Healing isn't a problem, but too much pain/being put too near death can make Bruce Hulk out, and the Hulk would be far less susceptible. He heals pretty well on his own, and any harmful things would have less of an effect or he could fight it off.
Supernatural Perception: Sure!
Dream Walking: The "thickness" of his mind might make this difficult, but I'm not saying it's impossible either. He'd just need to focus and his presence may be less stable, like Bruce's mind could eventually boot him.
Memory Manipulation: I'm going to say no to actual permanent changes being made.
