Raphael is a Godmod, I am not. Please let me know what it is and isn't ok for him to know/do!
Angelic Flight - Angels can fly - appearing in the blink of an eye, often with a sound of wings and occasionally electrical surges. They are also able to transport others with them. While lesser angels need to touch, the archangels do not. Most humans seem to find this uncomfortable or disconcerting at first. If needed, may Raphael fly your character somewhere?
Telepathy - Angels are able to read a person's mind/past by looking into their eyes. What may Raphael know (if anything) about your character?
Invisibility/intangibility - If needed, may he spy on your character? Note: I will always clear each time I do this, even if I have a blanket 'yes'.
Body manipulation - Angels can heal, not only their Vessels, but others of any injury, even death. Conversely, they are able to cause harm as well. Raphael, due to being the Archangel of Healing is better at healing - and causing harm - than his brothers, and he states he is creative about it. May Raphael heal or harm your character?
Supernatural Perception - Angels are able to sense supernatural things, of all sorts, including things which are invisible. Eve and God are able to conceal their presence from him, it is likely Death can as well. Michael and Lucifer can also conceal their presence from those younger than them. If you character is something supernatural, may Raphael sense it?
Dream Walking - Angels can visit people via dream and guide their dreams as a way of communicating. If needed, may Raphael enter your character's dreams?
Memory Manipulation - Angels are able to alter, ease, or plant memories. Again, may Raphael do this?

7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: That's a very bad idea. He's likely to burn out the eyes (or kill) anyone who tries.

Telepathy: Uriel will be surprised, but sure~
Invisibility/intangibility: Go for it! He may notice just something off. Slight depression on the ground, wind moving different, but maybe not if he isn't paying much attention.
Body manipulation: Uriel can heal about as fast as he could make wounds, and won't need the healing.
Supernatural Perception: We usually say that Uriel can sense the SPN angels in some way? And Angel Bro.
Dream Walking: If Uriel sleeps
Memory Manipulation: No, Uriel'd be pissed and resist it.

Telepathy: Armand will be furious if he tries, but he probably could. I have no problem with him seeing everything.
Invisibility/intangibility: He can try, but Armand doesn't need to see to know if someone is around~
Body manipulation: Maybe we can make a death plot some time ;D
Supernatural Perception: Oh, VERY yes~
Dream Walking: Armand wouldn't like the thought of it, but I'm fine with it.
Memory Manipulation: Armand would trust is completely, but pass it by me first.

Angelic Flight: He can, but Alex will be horrified. He is not good with completely new things, but he will understand.
Telepathy: He can know anything and everything, but it should be easy to guess what parts of his past will hurt the most.
Invisibility/intangibility: Alex will have no idea, and I have no issue with it!
Body manipulation: Alex would be glad for the heeling when needed. He can harm too if he can find reason.
Supernatural Perception: While not supernatural in his world, Alex will not feel quite the same as humans, but also won't feel inhuman. He definitely won't feel evil. He feels human, just a bit off.
Dream Walking: If he can stop nightmares, Alex will be THRILLED.
Memory Manipulation: I would be okay with this, if you ask first, but if Alex found out he would be furious.
