Raphael is a Godmod, I am not. Please let me know what it is and isn't ok for him to know/do!
Angelic Flight - Angels can fly - appearing in the blink of an eye, often with a sound of wings and occasionally electrical surges. They are also able to transport others with them. While lesser angels need to touch, the archangels do not. Most humans seem to find this uncomfortable or disconcerting at first. If needed, may Raphael fly your character somewhere?
Telepathy - Angels are able to read a person's mind/past by looking into their eyes. What may Raphael know (if anything) about your character?
Invisibility/intangibility - If needed, may he spy on your character? Note: I will always clear each time I do this, even if I have a blanket 'yes'.
Body manipulation - Angels can heal, not only their Vessels, but others of any injury, even death. Conversely, they are able to cause harm as well. Raphael, due to being the Archangel of Healing is better at healing - and causing harm - than his brothers, and he states he is creative about it. May Raphael heal or harm your character?
Supernatural Perception - Angels are able to sense supernatural things, of all sorts, including things which are invisible. Eve and God are able to conceal their presence from him, it is likely Death can as well. Michael and Lucifer can also conceal their presence from those younger than them. If you character is something supernatural, may Raphael sense it?
Dream Walking - Angels can visit people via dream and guide their dreams as a way of communicating. If needed, may Raphael enter your character's dreams?
Memory Manipulation - Angels are able to alter, ease, or plant memories. Again, may Raphael do this?

7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: That's a very bad idea. He's likely to burn out the eyes (or kill) anyone who tries.

Angelic Flight: Sure!
Telepathy: The Hulk is resistant to mind control, and if anyone succeeds at it, he can manage to fight them off fairly quickly. The reason for this is the multiplicity of minds going on and like gamma idk science. For this reason, I usually say Bruce is harder to read than most humans; there's more background noise and his mind's more like a thick, pea-soup fog than a clear read like Dean would be. It wouldn't be impossible, but it would take more concentration and digging.
Invisibility/intangibility: Sure!
Body manipulation: Healing isn't a problem, but too much pain/being put too near death can make Bruce Hulk out, and the Hulk would be far less susceptible. He heals pretty well on his own, and any harmful things would have less of an effect or he could fight it off.
Supernatural Perception: Sure!
Dream Walking: The "thickness" of his mind might make this difficult, but I'm not saying it's impossible either. He'd just need to focus and his presence may be less stable, like Bruce's mind could eventually boot him.
Memory Manipulation: I'm going to say no to actual permanent changes being made.

Is Dean still angel-proofed? I assumed Sam wasn't as Cas just went to him in Torn and Frayed but I don't know about Dean.
