Raphael is a Godmod, I am not. Please let me know what it is and isn't ok for him to know/do!
Angelic Flight - Angels can fly - appearing in the blink of an eye, often with a sound of wings and occasionally electrical surges. They are also able to transport others with them. While lesser angels need to touch, the archangels do not. Most humans seem to find this uncomfortable or disconcerting at first. If needed, may Raphael fly your character somewhere?
Telepathy - Angels are able to read a person's mind/past by looking into their eyes. What may Raphael know (if anything) about your character?
Invisibility/intangibility - If needed, may he spy on your character? Note: I will always clear each time I do this, even if I have a blanket 'yes'.
Body manipulation - Angels can heal, not only their Vessels, but others of any injury, even death. Conversely, they are able to cause harm as well. Raphael, due to being the Archangel of Healing is better at healing - and causing harm - than his brothers, and he states he is creative about it. May Raphael heal or harm your character?
Supernatural Perception - Angels are able to sense supernatural things, of all sorts, including things which are invisible. Eve and God are able to conceal their presence from him, it is likely Death can as well. Michael and Lucifer can also conceal their presence from those younger than them. If you character is something supernatural, may Raphael sense it?
Dream Walking - Angels can visit people via dream and guide their dreams as a way of communicating. If needed, may Raphael enter your character's dreams?
Memory Manipulation - Angels are able to alter, ease, or plant memories. Again, may Raphael do this?

Angelic Flight: Vincent can teleport himself, I can't imagine a situation where Raphael would need to use this power on him, but if some unforeseen event ever arose... sure. Knock yourself out.
Telepathy: Raphael would know that Vincent has memories spanning 5000 years, but a lot of those memories were probably copied to his mind by/from Proxy One when he was created, and he can't really tell where the memories he experienced himself begin. Up to Raphael if he can detect which of them are false.
He also feels guilt for the fall of Romdeau, even though it was largely not his fault.
Invisibility/intangibility: I'd rather you ask me first, since Re-l would not be happy to have invisible creepers following Vincent home. On second thought, that sounds hilarious.
Body manipulation: Be my guest, although Vincent is unlikely to require any healing short of resurrection. He can recover from any injury unless it's been inflicted by another Proxy, or FP shells, or UV radiation.
Supernatural Perception: I don't know if you can call it supernatural. Proxies are man-made 'gods' created with the purpose of restoring life to Earth, and to create a new breed of humans. They were each given a title and dominion over an aspect, but I think most of it is largely symbolic of their specific purpose? Vincent is the Agent of Death, but the people around him died not because of any mystical 'agent of death' power, but because they were weak, or old, or were between him and Romdeau, or because they were Proxies and driven to kill one another whenever they met.
Dream Walking: ASK ME FIRST. Vincent has had a lot of people messing with his dreams and his mind so it's something he really, really wouldn't appreciate. He may even kick Raphael out if he catches him doing it.
Memory Manipulation: NOPENOPENOPE.gif Vincent's memory is read-only. The guy's had amnesia and so many jerks messing with him that it's just not fun for me.

I'll probably hit up the canonmates to see what they say about what Raphael would know about Proxies (namely Xae, Vil, and Chris since they have the other archangels) and let you know. :)

Angelic Flight: I'm not sure how necessary it would be, since Luxord can use portals of darkness to similar effect, but if it becomes necessary, sure!
Telepathy: Sure /o/ There'll probably be a lot of (card) game-related thoughts in there, but past that his app should have most of his canon history. I've got some headcanon for him as well, feel free to poke me for that if you think it would come up.

Body manipulation: I would prefer to be asked beforehand in the case of harming, but healing is always welcome.
Supernatural Perception: I... don't actually know whether or not Nobodies count as supernatural. He's basically what happens when a person has their heart torn out and then keeps on living, if that helps any.

Body manipulation: Given that his default reaction to potential violence is to promptly evaporate away into nothing, I'm gonna say no on this one.
Supernatural Perception: ...he's a floating cat from a world where the rules are topsy-turvy. I'm pretty sure there's at least some trace of the supernatural in there somewhere.
Dream Walking: Sure, as long as he doesn't mind a dreamscape that might be confusing at best.

Telepathy: Proxies have their own telepathic abilities (or something like it), so Proxy One would prolly try to block the intrusion? But I figure Raphael trumps him in ability so he'd be able to push through whatever shields he has in place if he wanted.
What Raphael would be able to pick up is a hell of a lot of fatalism, bitterness, despair, and general disgust with the human race. He's not a very happy camper. (5000 years of trying to restore the human race, yet being set up to fail, etc.)
Invisibility/intangibility: Yes, though he will not appreciate it.
Body manipulation: Proxies regenerate. The only thing that harms them is sunlight so he'll be able to recover from damages on his own.
Supernatural Perception: Proxy One is...kind of supernatural.
Dream Walking: ...I don't really think he sleeps. :| He wouldn't appreciate the intrusion, though, so ask me first.

In fact, in terms of ranking in the primordial sense, dragons have similar functions and rankings as angels in SPN angles do. (Being the first children of the gods, functioning as messengers, soldiers, and caretakers to their Platinum Father or Dark Mistress.)

Memory Manipulation: Due to in-game events, Aurican will be very angry if this happens to him again, and dragons are as wrathful as angels can be. I want to avoid that for his in-game character growth.
